Subject: Contract Agreement for Real Estate Agency Services
Dear Sir/Madam,
This Contract Agreement entered into between(hereinafter referred to as the “Agent”)
1. Services: The Agent agrees to provide real estate agency services to the Client, which may include but are not limited to property search, property valuation, marketing, negotiation, and facilitation of the sale or purchase of real estate properties, as mutually agreed upon.
2. Exclusivity: This Agreement grants the Agent the exclusive right to represent the Client in the real estate transaction(s) discussed. The Client agrees to work exclusively with the Agent during the term of this Agreement.
3. Compensation: In consideration for the services rendered by the Agent, the Client agrees to pay the Agent a commission based on the successful completion of a real estate transaction. The commission shall be calculated as 1% of the final sale/purchase price, as agreed upon by both parties.
4. Payment Terms: The Client agrees to make the commission payment to the Agent within 30 days from the closing date of the real estate transaction. Payment shall be made in favor of the agent.
5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information disclosed during the course of this Agreement, including but not limited to financial details, personal information, and any proprietary data related to the real estate transaction(s).
6. Term and Termination: This Agreement shall commence on and shall remain in effect or until the completion of the real estate transaction, whichever comes first. Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing, provided that a notice period of 7 days is given.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the bylaws of State/Country. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of State/Country.
8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Agent and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
